About this Event

In this session you can expect to move with groove, rhythm and connection as our focus. There will be time to reflect and exchange ideas which is a vital part of nuturing our creativity. Ingrid is a freelance movement director, choreographer and intimacy professional. Recent theatre credits include RSC, National Theatre, Jamie Lloyd Company, Donmar and Shakespeare's Globe. She is currently a visiting lecturer at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
