Katie joined Heart of the City in 2022 and is responsible for supporting the delivery of our climate course , ‘Climate for SMEs: 4 Steps to Action’. Before this, Katie completed a Postgraduate Degree in Global Environment Politics and Society at the University of Edinburgh. Katie will share everything you need to know about collecting and measuring carbon data as an SME.
Mike Fairmaner, Head of Placemaking at BID
Mike is an expert place making manager with extensive experience on leading significant public realm and economic development programmes. Mike joined the Fleet Street Quarter Business Improvement District in 2023 and is leading the BID’s public realm vision to transform and revitalise the fleet street quarter. Mike will share how the BID is defining the quarter as hub for sustainability and growth.
