About this Event
Join 1Hood Media and the Abolitionist Law Center for a special Movement Monday Community Conversation featuring Congresswoman Summer Lee. The 2026 midterm elections carry enormous consequences for Pennsylvania and the nation, with integral issues at stake, including voting rights, economic justice, policing, immigration, and the future of our democracy. We will examine how the election impacts our communities, why civic engagement matters, and how we can organize, mobilize, and build collective power to shape the future we deserve.
Joining us for this critical conversation are Miracle Jones of the Abortion Liberation Fund, Tanisha Long of the Abolitionist Law Center, Krystle Knight of VoteRiders and Jasiri X of 1Hood Media. Voices working at the intersection of justice, advocacy, and community power to discuss what’s at risk and how we can turn awareness into action.
