Welcome!
We dance to regulate our nervous systems, to facilitate the release of held patterns in the mind and body. We discover our strengths and resources, exploring what it is to dance in a supportive community. Dancing re-connects us to a deeper, wiser part of ourselves that helps us to live a more full and authentic life. No experience is needed and there are no set steps, this dance includes guidance with the invitation to dance with what is present
