About this Event
NOTE: JULY 15th Session will be in the Education Center.
Join us each month for a supportive gathering that combines gentle prenatal movement, mindful practices, and meaningful conversation. These monthly sessions offer opportunities to explore movement, hands on comfort techniques, discuss common questions and experiences related to pregnancy and birth, and offer the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey. Each session will feature a different pregnancy and birth related topic, so feel free to join the sessions that interest you. Open to all expectant parents regardless of birth experience. Come to one session or join us throughout your pregnancy!
