About this Event
What if a simple walk could change your neighborhood? Join national walkability expert Mark Fenton for a two-day community experience on May 20–21 designed to turn everyday observations into real solutions.
Day 1 (May 20, 9 AM–5 PM) brings together community leaders, residents, and partners at Bluff Lake Nature Center to explore safer streets, walkable design, and how to create meaningful change where you live. Day 2 (May 21) takes it outside — with morning and evening walk audits where you'll spot what's working, share ideas, and help shape the future of your neighborhood.
No experience needed. Just show up as you are.
Hosted by Be Well Health & Wellness Initiative, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Bluff Lake Nature Center, FreshLo Hub, and ABC Community Hub.
