NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED, WALK-INS WELCOME!Airossti providers are “experts at accurately diagnosing and rapidly resolving soft tissue injuries, but their primary goal is to help prevent injuries before they occur”. This program will educate attendees regarding keeping healthy and active, while preventing injuries; share resources to keep participants on track to meet their fitness goals; and, answer questions regarding preventing injuries. An Airrosti Certified Provider plans to present this program along with an Airrosti Sr. Recovery Specialist.
This is a FREE program for Ages 55 & Up. Picnic tables are available. Please bring your own chair or cushion for your comfort if you prefer.
Fairgrounds Recreation Center Park Large Pavilion is located at: 210 Fairground Road, Xenia, Ohio (next to the Greene County Fairgrounds).
