Move to Thrive (MTT) is a playful exploration of movement combining elements of Indian dance forms, modern dance, yoga, improvisation, breathwork, and mindfulness.
Through mindful movement MTT aims to ,
→ help shift your focus to the present moment and away from racing thoughts
→ ease built up tension and stiffness, to help you feel more relaxed
→ and offer a way to focus inward to process emotions and thrive in life!
Join me at Theatre Deli for a playful exploration of movement designed to de-stress, energize, and reconnect with your inner child. This workshop series is perfect for busy humans seeking a joyful way to move their bodies, improve well-being, and cultivate mindfulness.
What to Expect:
- Intention Setting: Guidance on setting a personal intention and visualizing it through movement. Each session we will learn mindfulness tools to deepen our mind-body connection and set intentions to move from within (emotions, memories, aspirations).
- Relaxing Breathwork: Learn powerful tools to de-stress and center yourself.
- Releasing Stretches: Let go of tension and unwind with mindful movement flows.
- Uplifting Bollywood Beats: Embrace rhythm and elevate your mood with fun dance moves.
- Grounding Floorwork: Center and relax with calming movements.
- Supportive Community: Enjoy a welcoming space to explore movement without judgment.

About Me:
Hi, my name is Aditi. Born and raised in India, with a passion for dance cultivated from childhood and formal training in Bharatanatyam, Modern, Jazz, and Contemporary styles, I've embarked on a journey to blend movement with mindfulness. After facing health challenges and my own experience overcoming entrepreneurial stress and burnout in my first business, I created Move to Thrive (MTT) where I guide individuals in mindful movement practices and self-care strategies to Move Beyond Hustle and Find Joy.
