- Yoga mat required: Please bring your own yoga mat for the workout. A limited number of mats will also be available for purchase at the event.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time so we can get settled and begin together.
- Tickets: Space is limited to preserve the intimate experience, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
