MOVE Lisboa — a Movement Medicine drop-in sessionFridays 6th November

Movement Medicine is coming back to Lisboa.
A session for you to try or go deeper in your movement practice in community.
This is:
A deep medicine journey, uniquely through the power of music and movement.
A safe enough space where all of you is welcome.
A dedicated and held space where we meet what is real in body, heart and mind, and let it move.
A dance practice that invites us into the deeper wisdom of the dancer within, and the remembrance of who we are, in connection with self, others and life.
Each session is its own journey, guided through Movement Medicine, music, movement, embodiment and connection.
There are no steps to learn and no right way to move. You are welcome exactly as you are ❤️

Movement Medicine is a conscious dance practice and movement meditation developed by Ya'Acov and Susannah Darling Khan, drawing on their many years of teaching 5Rhythms alongside shamanic, therapeutic and embodied practices.
It can be a healing and transformational practice, a space to meet yourself as you are, move with what is present, connect with others and community, and enjoy great music and gentle guidance.

✦ SHIVANI ✦
Shivani brings presence, warmth, heart, wildness and softness, depth, authenticity, freedom — and a deep love of dance — to her work.
Trained in Dance/Movement Psychotherapy and Movement Medicine in the UK, she has been teaching Movement Medicine for the past 10 years in Portugal, the UK, Bali and online.
Her work is rooted in embodied presence and draws from conscious dance, somatics, psychotherapy, meditation, tantra, conscious relating and sexuality. She is an ISTA graduate and has facilitated workshops, 1:1 work and Temple spaces internationally.
At the heart of her work is an invitation towards greater truth, freedom, aliveness and authenticity — meeting ourselves more fully through the body.
