About this Event
Spring is all about renewal, and we want you to start feeling like a brand new you! Join us for our community cardio fitness class led by Melissa Villaruel. This is a sweaty, fun, full-body workout that borrows elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength-focused circuit training. This session will be fast-paced and varied, guaranteed to make you sweat and leave feeling like you can move mountains!
Melissa is a lifelong fitness lover, and she can't wait to share her passion for exercise with you! This class is pay what you wish. Keep an eye out for additional classes coming to Thursday evenings this May and June!
