Move Her Forward brings women together for two in-person gatherings centered on movement, mentorship, and building confidence in what comes next.
We’re connecting CU students with mentors from 4The Girls jog Club across different careers in the Boulder community. Meet amazing women doing amazing things, ask questions, share experiences, and make space for your own goals and dreams.

What to expect
- Start the event with a 30 minute casual social walk
- Small-group conversations with women across different career paths.
- Guided activities around confidence, career exploration, and goal setting.
- Time to build connections across both gatherings.
Small-group format will be approximately three participants per mentor, creating space for personal conversations and continued connection throughout the series.

We encourage you to attend both gatherings so you can build on the connections and conversations you start + get some fun stuff from lululemon and other event partners.
What to bring
Comfortable clothes and shoes for movement, a water bottle, and a layer for the weather.
