Take time to pause, breathe, and reconnect during an all-levels yoga class in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, presented in partnership with ReedSmith. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this welcoming experience is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired.
More than a yoga class, Move for Wishes is an opportunity to come together for a meaningful cause. Every stretch, breath, and movement helps support the mission of Make-A-Wish and its work to bring hope, strength, and joy to children facing critical illnesses.

Guest Arrival: Upon arrival, guests are asked to stop at the reception desk on the first floor for check-in and directions to the class.
Whether you are new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, all levels are welcome. Bring your own Mat.

Followed by a relaxing sound bath experience.
