Roll out your mat and move for a cause that matters.Womanline, a women's mental health program of Family Services of Dayton, is partnering with Jenny Henderson, RYT of Essential Yoga and Wellness to bring you Move for a Cause, Practice with Purpose, a donation-based yoga event where every breath, every stretch, and every dollar supports women's mental health right here in our community.
This event is open to ALL experience levels, whether you've never done yoga or you've been practicing for years, this space is for you. Come as you are.
💗 ABOUT WOMANLINE
Womanline has been walking alongside women in the Greater Dayton area since 1971, providing trauma-informed counseling, free support groups, and women's health resources for women and families. We specialize in postpartum mental health, hormonal health, trauma recovery, life transitions, and more.
Every dollar raised at this event goes directly to Womanline's programs, including our free Women's Health Support Group, individual counseling services, and community outreach.

Try your luck at our raffle! Tickets are $2 each. Baskets include self-care sets, yoga bundles, local Dayton business gift cards, women's wellness books, and more. All raffle proceeds benefit Womanline.
