✨ Grief is heavy — but you don’t have to carry it alone.
Mourning Night to Morning Light is a monthly Christ-centered grief support gathering designed to help you rise from grief, heal your heart, and take meaningful, active steps toward restoration. Whether your loss is recent or years behind you, grief can resurface during certain seasons, holidays, or life changes — and this group exists to give you a safe, grace-filled place to process it.
Each month, we explore a new theme, such as New Year, Same Grief?, Love & Loss, Faith & Doubt, Grief Avoidance, When Grief Gets Heavy, and more. You’ll be invited to reflect on Scripture, receive compassionate encouragement, and participate in gentle activities designed to support intentional, active healing.
This isn’t a space for quick fixes or unsolicited advice. It is a place to breathe, honor your story, and take steps forward at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all together. You just have to show up — and you’ll be welcomed exactly where you are.
