Winter invites us home.As the days shorten and we begin our journey towards the Winter Solstice, nature asks less of us. It encourages rest, reflection and the quiet gathering of energy before the light begins to return once more.
Yet December often asks us to do exactly the opposite.
This evening is an opportunity to step away from the noise and busyness for a while and remember that rest is not something to be earned – it is something we need.
During this immersive Sound Journey, you’ll be cocooned in the rich vibrations of therapeutic gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments. As the sounds ebb and flow around you, your nervous system is invited into a state of deep restoration, allowing body and mind to soften into profound relaxation.
Many people describe feeling as though they’ve experienced several hours of restorative sleep, leaving with a greater sense of calm, clarity and balance.
This is more than relaxation; it is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself beneath the distractions of everyday life, finding stillness in the darkness and warmth within.
Wrap yourself in blankets, settle into comfort and allow the sounds to carry you on a journey inward.
As the year draws towards its close, may this be a gentle reminder that even in the darkest season, there is always light quietly waiting to return.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, duvet, sleeping bag and soft blanket for comfortable reclining
Cushions or bolsters to support your body as you sink into relaxation
Warm socks or an extra throw blanket – your body temp drops when relaxed
An eye pillow, and a water bottle to stay hydrated

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have booked for, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise me of any change (including their email address) and ensure they have the information emailed to you.
