🚨 CODE RED: Pack the Room in Red for Animal Welfare! 🚨The first vote on Mount Pleasant’s proposed animal ordinance is officially here, and we need our community to show up in full force. This ordinance includes vital protections we have been fighting for—including mandatory microchipping, oversight through breeder and rescue inspections, and critical updates to safeguard pets across the community.
Town Council needs to look out into the chamber and see an undeniable sea of red.
📍 Where: Mount Pleasant Town Hall (100 Ann Edwards Ln)
📅 When: Tuesday, November 10th at 6:00 PM (arrive by 5:45 PM for seating)
👕 Attire: Wear RED shirts or your SCAWA gear!
Bring your friends, family, neighbors, and fellow advocates. Numbers matter—let’s fill every seat and show leadership that Mount Pleasant stands united for stronger animal welfare.
