About this Event
We very much welcome this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you, and to share with you a flavour of Moulton School. You will see that we are immensely proud of our students, of their high levels of achievement, and of their qualities as young people.
There will be two “starts” to each evening at 4.30pm and 6.15pm with an introduction to MSSC from myself and some of our students. This will be followed by the opportunity to tour the school, and to talk to subject teachers, who will be available to answer any questions that you may have. Please choose the most convenient date and start time for you.
The school sees this meeting as the first step in the process of transfer to secondary school and, during the time leading up to September 2027, Primary School staff and Moulton School staff will be working closely together to ensure that things go smoothly. All the children starting at Moulton School in 2027 will have the opportunity to visit the school to see us at work on Monday 5th July for Transition Day.
Please note that parking at the school, or roads surrounding the school, can sometimes be very difficult, especially when there are events taking place at Moulton Village Hall. We are mindful of the pressures these large school events can pose for local residents. In order to ease any traffic congestion and allow us to manage any parking requirements we are asking all visitors to book a time slot. We would strongly recommend walking to this event if possible. Disabled blue badge holders can request a disabled parking space at our school reception when reserving your time slot.
Our specialist provision, The Bridge, will not be open on these evenings. If your child has an EHCP and a primary need of autism and you would like to enquire about The Bridge please email: [email protected].
