Motorbäbe — A Tribute to MotörheadMotörhead and Nirvana on the same bill? F*ck yes.
Motorbäbe hits The Boardwalk Friday, November 20 on their Fast and Loose Tribute Tour, joined by Nirvana tribute Come As You Were. One more band is still to be announced.
Come As You Were is a Sacramento-area Nirvana tribute dedicated to recreating the sound, energy, and dynamics of one of the most influential bands of the 1990s. The three-piece performs a mix of Nirvana's biggest songs and deeper cuts, with close attention to the tones, arrangements, and live feel that made the original band so distinctive.
Rather than relying on costumes or imitation, Come As You Were focuses on the music itself: powerful vocals, heavy guitars, driving bass, and the quiet-to-loud dynamics that defined Nirvana's sound.
The result is a high-energy live set designed for longtime Nirvana fans and anyone who wants to hear those songs played loud and with respect for the originals.
