Alan Hester is running a focused and interactive 2 hour in-person session on Motivating People.
Motivating people and teams is an essential skill in the workplace. A motivated workforce is more productive, more committed, and more likely to work together effectively as a team. This bite-size session covers:
- What makes us motivated?
- Theories of motivation that help us understand ‘what makes people tick’
- Motivating the unmotivated and keeping the motivated performing
- The importance of goals and targets to high achievement
The session is highly practical, encouraging reflection, discussion, and the sharing of real‑life experiences to ensure learning can be immediately applied. So bring your notepad and pen.

**NB. A charge of £30 will be incurred for non-attendance not notified to us within 48 hrs of the course start time; this will be invoiced to you or your organisation.
