Grab your family and friends, and join us for a Mother’s Day to remember!
The sound bath will start with a short guided meditation to help you ground down and connect with your heart space and dedicate the collective intention to Mothers all over. Then there will be a 45-minute sound meditation. Leah enjoys incorporating her crystal bowls, gongs and chimes throughout her sound baths to give you an experience like no other. In sound meditation, the vibrations help shift the brain into more relaxed states. You feel the physical and mental benefits of this meditation immediately. It is approachable for beginners and has remarkable effects on experienced meditators. We can’t wait to see you there!
