Join us for this class based on ancient Buddhist principals exploring how we can meet difficult times with greater calm, resilience, and compassion. Through teachings, reflection, and discussion, we will learn practical ways to quiet the mind, soften struggle, and cultivate inner tranquility even when life feels hard.

This class is open to everyone—whether you are new to Buddhism, have an established practice or have a different practice altogether.
