Join us for a cosy morning filled with brews, biscuits, and warm conversation. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pregnant, a new mum, or further along in your motherhood journey, Motherhood & Milk is a warm, welcoming space to connect with other local mums, share experiences, and receive support in a relaxed, judgement-free environment.

We're delighted to welcome Rachael Vaughan, Lactation Consultant, who will be joining us to offer friendly, evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding support, answer your questions, and provide guidance in an informal setting.

📝 Practical Information
Tickets: Free for Salford residents (1 ticket = 1 mum + 1 child/baby)
Venue: This is a shoes-off space, so please wear socks 🧦. We'll mostly be seated on the floor, so we recommend wearing something comfortable.
Parking: Free on-site parking
Accessibility: Pushchair-friendly, with toilets and baby-changing facilities.

Motherhood & Milk is a peer support group run by mums, for mums. While our volunteers are not healthcare professionals, Rachael Vaughan will be available during this session to provide specialist lactation support.
