Join us for a Mosaic Workshop at Bull & Bear's East Syracuse location! During this workshop your host, Ashe of Forged from Ashe Studios, will teach you the basics of making a mosaic! She'll go over the basics of breaking and shaping ceramic and glass tile and how to grout your piece. Then you'll use your new skills to make a mosaic Christmas tree! We'll provide some found materials/tiles, and some other solid colors in addition to the green. Green grout will be used for this project, as shown.
Feel free to bring any quarter size baubles or trinkets you want to include in your project. This is just optional if there's something you have that you really want to include.
This event is for ages 12+.
This event will be in the banquet room at Bull & Bear. You're welcome (and encouraged!) to purchase food and beverages at Bull & Bear and indulge during our class.
