Annual General Meeting (AGM)The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:
- Receive the Annual Report from the Management Committee.
- Receive and approve the audited accounts for the preceding financial year.
- Consider and vote on any proposed amendments to the Constitution, provided appropriate notice has been given.
- Receive the resignation of the current Management Committee and elect members to serve on the Management Committee for the forthcoming year.
- Conduct any other business relevant to the organisation and its objectives.
For the avoidance of doubt, the existing Management Committee will remain in office until the first Management Committee meeting held following the Annual General Meeting.
