MORNING HATHA YOGAAt The Park
Hi! Come enjoy Hatha Yoga practice in the Park at 10am!
Hatha Yoga, each person will perform the stretching (asana) at their level, basic, intermediate or advanced. The class starts with pranayama (breathing techniques) and it ends with a sound healing to relax (Yoga Nidra).
If you are looking for a class to stretch, relieve stress and pain, relax and work on mindfulness, this class is for you.
*Carolina is from Brazil, Yoga & Dance instructor from 300 hr certified & over 20 years of experience as a teacher. Carol is also Certified in Vibrational Medicine and Reiki (reach out for group and 1:1 sessions)
All Yoga levels are welcome!
