Morning teas at the Watchman House are open to locals and visitors from further afield on the first Saturday of the month though until December.Volunteers will be on hand to guide families, individuals and groups through the house, explaining the displays and sharing its stories. Our team is equally happy to chat about other local landmarks, including Winns Bakehouse Museum (tours may possible), the Shepley House, Craiglee and Blackwood Forest (the former Government Experimental Orchard).
Located adjacent to the Sturt River Linear Park and the Winns Road intersection, the Watchman House is a disability friendly venue.
Delicious, homemade morning teas are on offer for $5pp. The welcome mat and, for four legged visitors, a refreshing bowl of water will be on the verandah.
Lovers of Coromandel Marmalade and Hills Honey are welcome to call in to top-up their pantries.
