Ease into your Monday morning with a meditative journey through music and sound.
Participants are invited to sit or lay down, with an optional blindfold, allowing them to relax, let go, and be carried by the music.
Some of the instruments used may include: Voice, Rattles, Handpan, Tibetan Bowls, Drum, Ukulele, and Flutes.
Every journey is unique, improvised, arising from the present moment.
Some of the benefits may include stress reduction, emotional release, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
No prior experience or preparation is necessary. You are welcome just as you are.

About the facilitator
Misha Talavera is a multi-instrumentalist drawing inspiration from nature and various spiritual-shamanic traditions.
He sees music as a portal to the divine, with profound healing and transformative potential.
Of Mexican-Russian origins, he has traveled to many lands and currently lives in Aarhus with his wife and children, where he offers Sound Journeys as well as Somatic Coaching.

This is a Hjerterum Mornings event – a community event organized by Hjerterum in collaboration with Hjerterum teachers.
Hjerterum Mornings are always free for members and cost 50 DKK for non-members. Morning events take place on weekdays from 10:30 to 11:30.
The programme includes yoga, movement, meditation, qi gong, sound experiences, and more.
