***THERE IS NO SESSION JULY 12TH*****Start your day by relaxing in the SoulShine Salt Cavern while enjoying a restorative sound meditation. Release stress and tension as the salt and sound bring you into a state of peace and presence. Balance and restore your body, mind, and energy.
Feel free to bring a blanket and water for your comfort. Gravity chairs are provided. Please wear white or light socks in the cave.

The SoulShine Salt Cavern is located at The Red Barn in Durham, 352 Main Street, Durham, CT. Please enter through the white door with the purple trim to the left of the main entrance. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up.
$65.00 per person. A minimum of 3 people required for sessions to run.
