Morning Reset: Yoga and Affirmations
If you spend a lot of your time caring for other people, this is your invitation to have space held for you. Join Soulmine and AIM Well Yoga for a morning of guided yoga, breathwork, and community at the Nelson Atkins Museum Sculpture park.
Whether you’re a community health worker, social worker, teacher, patient advocate, case manager, peer support specialist, nonprofit professional, or just someone who spends a lot of your time caring for your community, you deserve spaces that care for you, too.
