Get moving, have fun, and enjoy some active play together! We’re teaming up with iStroll Iowa City for a free Caregiver + Me fitness class at The Iowa Children’s Museum.Designed for caregivers of all fitness levels and abilities, this energizing class gives grown-ups a chance to move and stretch while little ones join in on the fun. No special equipment or fitness experience is needed, and the class is safe for pregnancy. Taking place in our Coral Cove exhibit, children can participate alongside their grown-up or play within sight of their caregiver with museum props and activities.
What to know:
*Arrive between 9:30–9:45 AM to warm up and meet other participants. Class begins promptly at 9:45.
*Bring yourself, your child, water, and a stroller or baby carrier (recommended for children 6 months and younger).
No equipment is needed. If anything is used during the class, it will be provided.

Registration and an iStroll waiver are required for each participating caregiver. No registration is needed for children.
Free museum access is provided during the iStroll event only. Families are welcome to stay and play in the museum after class with paid museum admission.
