About this Event

Join Ray for a gentle weekly meditation and somatic breathwork class at Yellow Wave Beach House on the Hove seafront. This calm, grounding space is surrounded by natural light and ocean energy, creating the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Each session blends guided meditation, somatic breathwork, and simple grounding practices. Some weeks include light movement to release tension before settling into stillness. Everything is beginner friendly, ND aware, and offered at a slow, supportive pace.

After class you’re welcome to stay for a coffee or warm drink in the Yellow Wave café, where you can look out over the beach and watch the waves. It’s a calm place to connect with others or ease gently into the rest of your morning.

These classes are ideal if you want to:
• reduce stress or overwhelm
• ground your nervous system
• reconnect with your body
• feel more centred and present
• build a weekly meditation habit
• enjoy a calm start to your day

What to expect each week:
• gentle arrival and grounding
• breath awareness practice
• optional somatic movement
• a themed guided meditation
• closing rest and reflection

What to bring:
Yoga mats are provided, eye mask, water nd anything else that helps you feel comfortable (blankets, layers)

This space is ND friendly and trauma aware. You are welcome to move, stim, adjust your position, or take pauses whenever you need.

Pay-by-phone parking is available along the Hove seafront. There is also bicycle parking on-site.

Refund policy
No refunds. Tickets are transferable to a friend or can be used as credit for a future session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Meditation and Somatic Breathwork at Yellow Wave

Info: 9.50 AM – Arrival and grounding
Settle into the space, get comfortable, and begin gently slowing the breath.

9.55 AM – Somatic settling or gentle breath
Light movement or a simple breath practice to help the body arrive and soften.

10.05 AM – Guided meditation
A calm, fully guided meditation to support grounding, presence, and ease.

10.30 AM – Closing rest and reflection
A soft landing with quiet rest and an optional closing prompt.

10.40 AM – End of session
You are welcome to stay for a warm drink in the Yellow Wave café overlooking the beach.
