Morning Meditation at Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram

We meditate every morning in our beautiful temple. Join us to connect with your inner self, relax your mind, and find peace in the serene surroundings of the ashram. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this session is open to all.

Tuesday morning we have an hour long silent meditation. Meditating together in the temple together is a beautiful way to start the day.
