Hi everyone, I'm Lorraine and I am providing morning Meditation & Reiki Group Sessions in boardroom 1 at the Store First building in Braehead Road in Linwood Industrial Estate. Reiki can help with so many conditions - anxiety, stress, pain etc. I am a Reiki Practitioner because I found it very helpful for controlling my fibromyalgia symptoms, so now I share that benefit with anyone who wants to try it.
These sessions will be held on the 3rd Tuesday morning of each month. We will begin with a short meditation of between 5 and 10 minutes, then I will share Reiki with each person in turn. The group is limited to 6 people per session to allow each person to get the most from the session. Each session costs £15. Booking is essential and payment must be made at the time of booking.
There is ample parking at the venue and there are bus stops, both ways, at the side of the building.
