About this Event

Join us for a gentle, community‑centered yoga class in the park designed for real people in real bodies. No experience, flexibility or fancy clothes required. This class is a welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in nature.

We’ll move through gentle, accessible poses, mindful breathing, and a sound bath, so that you can leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded. Modifications will be offered throughout, so you can practice at the level that feels right for you whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break.

This is a free / donation‑based class created to make yoga more accessible in our community. Donations are welcome, but never required; your presence is enough. If you’d like to support this offering and help keep it going, you’re invited to contribute any amount that feels comfortable.

Please bring:

A yoga mat or towel
Water
Layers or sunscreen (we’re outside)

Cost: Free / donation‑based (no one turned away)

Waiver: For everyone’s safety, all participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver before joining class. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early if it’s your first time, so you can complete the waiver and settle in.

All experience levels and backgrounds are truly welcome. Come as you are, bring a friend if you’d like, and take this time just for you.
