Start your morning with LRRA at Morning Grind, a relaxed coffee-and-conversation gathering designed to bring REALTORS® together with local industry professionals in a thoughtful, approachable setting.This month, we’re welcoming local mortgage professionals for an open Q&A focused on today’s lending landscape, common financing questions that come up during real estate transactions, and what REALTORS® should understand as they help clients navigate the mortgage process.
The morning will begin with time to grab a complimentary coffee, visit with fellow REALTORS®, and settle in at 317 Coffee & Cafe. At 9:00 AM, we’ll begin our conversation with local mortgage professionals for a practical discussion designed to offer perspective you can carry into future transactions and client conversations.
Morning Grind is intentionally simple: good coffee, useful insight, and meaningful conversation with the professionals REALTORS® work alongside every day. It’s a chance to ask questions, better understand the financing side of the transaction, hear what mortgage professionals are seeing in today’s market, support a local business, and start the day in good company.
