About this Event
Often times in regular classes we have limited time to move through a full practice. In this workshop we will begin with breathing practices; mantras and meditation before moving through a full flow including (optional) inversions with more time to explore individual options and ask questions; before a restorative practice and long savasana. This is open to all, but previous yoga experience is helpful. Stay at the end for tea, chats and seasonal treats
