About this Event
More Than Meets the Eye: Saul, the First King of Israel
He stood tall. But could he stand firm?
Have you ever appeared confident on the outside while privately questioning your worth, direction or purpose?
Saul, Israel's first king, stood head and shoulders above everyone else. Yet behind his impressive appearance was a man who struggled to recognise what God saw in him.
Join Gospel Temple Apostolic Church for the opening message in a new biblical series exploring identity, expectations, the choices we make and what it means to stand firm when life tests us.
Through Saul's remarkable story, we'll discover how God meets people in ordinary circumstances, why our decisions matter, and the hope of genuine transformation through Jesus Christ.
What to expect: A welcoming Sunday church service with Christian worship, a Bible-based message and an opportunity to reflect on faith and life's deeper questions.
Whether you attend church regularly, have not attended for years, or have never been to church before, you are warmly invited.
