Join us at Sun & Bar for More Than a Walk, proudly hosted by the Gladstone Junior and Senior Youth Council during Mental Health Awareness Month. More Than a Walk is a community event for ages 14+ that brings people together to walk, connect, and support positive mental wellbeing.
This event will begin with a community walk, followed by a FREE brunch and an opportunity to hear from guest speakers with lived experience sharing inspiring stories of hope, resilience, and recovery.
Together, we'll celebrate self-care, encourage meaningful conversations, and strengthen the connections that helps our community thrive.
