TERMS AND CONDITIONSFast Lane Access Pass Mechanics:
1. Every purchase of one (1) Enervon Z+ 28+4 Promotional Pack entitles the purchaser to a free Enervon More My-Happy-ning Pass.
2. For purchases made through partner online channels, the Happy-nings Pass will be delivered. For in-store purchases, consumers must present the Enervon Z+ 28+4 pack box at the event to redeem their FREE Happy-nings Pass. Availability of passes is subject to stock allocation and while supplies last.
3. Passes are limited. Each Pass entitles the holder to fast lane access to designated Enervon More Happy-ning Festival activities and eligibility to join the raffle draw, subject to the applicable promo mechanics.
4. Purchase Enervon Z+ 28+4 pack, keep the box, and bring it to the event to claim FREE Happy-nings Pass
5. Each Pass is valid for one (1) person only and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated Passes will not be replaced.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the Happy-nings Pass holder and may refuse entry to the event or invalidate the Pass in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transfer, assignment, resale, or misuse.
8. The Organizer may modify the venue, date, schedule, performers, activities, capacity, admission procedures, prizes, or other Event details when reasonably necessary for safety, security, operational, regulatory, or other legitimate reasons. The Organizer may suspend, postpone, relocate, curtail, or cancel the Event or any activity due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic or pandemic, public health emergency, governmental action, civil disturbance, security threat, transportation disruption, power or telecommunications failure, venue unavailability, performer cancellation, labor disruption, or other force majeure event. Subject to applicable law and regulatory approval, the Organizer’s remedy may be limited to rescheduling, substitution, or another reasonable remedy announced through official channels. The Organizer shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, transportation, food, lost income, or other personal expenses.
9. By entering the Event premises, the participant understands that photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, and other documentation may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant grants the Organizer and its authorized parties a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to record and use the participant’s image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and performance captured at the Event in any medium or platform now known or later developed for promotional, advertising, publicity, commercial, internal, archival, and documentation purposes, without further approval, notice, attribution, or compensation. The Organizer may edit, adapt, combine, crop, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, and sublicense such recordings.
10. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident incurred during participation in the event.
11. The collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by applicable data privacy laws and the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
12. The participant acknowledges that attendance at and participation in the Event may involve inherent and unforeseen risks, including crowd movement, slips, trips, falls, exposure to noise, lights, weather conditions, illness, allergic reactions, food or beverage consumption, use of event facilities or equipment, acts or omissions of other attendees, and transportation to or from the venue. The participant voluntarily assumes such risks and agrees to exercise reasonable care, follow all safety instructions, disclose relevant allergies or medical conditions when reasonably required, and refrain from participating in any activity that the participant is not physically fit or properly equipped to undertake.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agencies, event partners, suppliers, contractors, service providers, sponsors, venue owner, and performers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss, injury, illness, death, expense, delay, inconvenience, or property damage arising from or relating to the purchase or use of a Pass, attendance at or participation in the Event, participation in the promotion or raffle, use of any prize, or any act or omission of a third party. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. By purchasing and/or using the Pass, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to all venue and event rules.
Raffle Draw Mechanics:
1. Every purchase of one (1) Enervon Z+ 28+4 Promotional Pack entitles the purchaser to one (1) raffle entry.
2. A total of five (5) winners will be drawn:
One (1) winner of a ₱100,000 Gift Certificate
Four (4) winners of a ₱20,000 Gift Certificate each
3. Participants must completely and legibly fill out the raffle stub with their full name and active mobile number. Only properly accomplished raffle stubs shall be eligible for the raffle draw.
4. Completed raffle stubs must be personally dropped into the designated Enervon More Happy-ning Festival Raffle Drop Box on or before 4:00 PM on November 22, 2026 at the MOA Music Hall.
5. Only raffle stubs submitted on or before 4:00 PM on November 22, 2026 will be considered valid raffle entries. Entries submitted after this cut-off time will not be accepted.
6. Winners will be selected through a raffle draw to be conducted during the Enervon More Happy-ning Festival Event in the presence of authorized representatives of Unilab Consumer Health, Inc. and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
7. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (7) business days from the draw date, fails to respond or submit the required documents within five (7) business days from notification, is found ineligible, or violates these mechanics, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be drawn, subject to applicable law and regulatory approval. The 8. Organizer may substitute a prize with another of substantially equivalent value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Taxes, fees, transportation, delivery costs, and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize shall be for the winner's account, subject to applicable law.
9. To claim a prize, a winner must present one (1) valid government-issued ID. If a winner is unable to personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may claim on the winner's behalf upon presentation of:
10. A signed authorization letter from the winner;
A photocopy of the winner's valid government-issued ID; and
A valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative.
11. Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification or publication of the official list of winners, whichever is later. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Any prize not claimed within the prescribed claim period shall be forfeited.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise found to be in violation of these mechanics.
13. The promotion is open only to Filipino residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, event partners, suppliers, contractors, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate. Persons directly involved in the development, administration, and execution of this promotion are likewise disqualified from joining.
14. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal information for purposes of promo administration, winner verification, and prize fulfillment, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
More Happy-ning Stories Terms and Conditions:
1. The My Happy-ning Stories activity is open to Filipino residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. Participants may share their Happy-ning Story on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram during the activity period. Entries must be posted as a public feed post or video, include the hashtag #MyHappynings, and remain publicly visible throughout the activity period. Stories, private posts, deleted posts, and entries without the required hashtag will not be considered.
3. Entries will be accepted until November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Submissions received after the deadline will no longer be considered.
4. By submitting a My Happy-ning Story, participants confirm that:
The story is their original work;
The story is based on their own personal experience; and
The submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
5. Submitted stories must be original and must not contain false, offensive, harmful, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Entries that violate the rights of others or do
not comply with these guidelines may be removed or disqualified at the Organizer's discretion.
6. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, review, edit, feature, publish, repost, or otherwise use
submitted stories for promotional, marketing, publicity, educational, community-building, and
documentation purposes without need of further authorization and compensation.
7. Selected My Happy-ning Stories may be featured as part of the Enervon Happy-ning Community and shared across Organizer-owned channels and platforms, including but not limited to social media pages, websites, event materials, and other promotional assets.
8. As part of the activity, the Organizer may recognize selected participants whose stories embody the spirit of the My Happy-ning Stories campaign. Selected participants may be featured as part of the Enervon Happy-ning Community, acknowledged during the Enervon More Happy-ning Festival on November 22, 2026, and may receive an Enervon product package as a token of appreciation from the brand.
9. Submission of a My Happy-ning Story does not guarantee that the story will be featured, published, reposted, selected for recognition, or otherwise used by the Organizer.
10. Participants whose stories are selected for feature, publication, or recognition may be contacted through their social media account used for submission and/or through Enervon Philippines' official communication channels.
11. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer and its authorized partners the right to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, edit, display, and distribute the submitted story, in whole or in part, across various media platforms without further notice or compensation.
12. By submitting any story, photograph, video, audio recording, caption, testimonial, comment, name, username, image, likeness, voice, performance, or other material in connection with the activity (“Submitted Materials”), the participant grants the Organizer, its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, agencies, and authorized partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, record, store, archive, host, publish, republish, display, perform, communicate to the public, broadcast, distribute, transmit, make available, translate, adapt, edit, crop, resize, synchronize, combine with other materials, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Submitted Materials, in whole or in part, in any language, format, medium, platform, or technology now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, public relations, educational, internal, archival, commercial, and documentation purposes, without further approval, notice, attribution, or compensation, subject to applicable law.
13. By participating in the My Happy-ning Stories activity, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Organizer relating to the activity, which shall be final.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Organizer’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
