The sound of pounding hooves echo throughout Mordheim. Come ye who dare to the first narrative event hosted by Fractured Realms Gaming Club!
About this Event

Fractured Realms Presents:
Mordheim - Call of the Wild

Peoria's first Mordheim narrative event!

Something stirs in the woods beyond the walls of the city. Rumors swirl among the few remaining citizens. With each passing night, the sound of pounding hooves grows louder, as if the herd is swelling in size. While Mordheim is no stranger to small raiding parties of Beastmen, this represents a threat unlike any previously seen from the children of Chaos. Something is calling them here...

In Mordheim - Call of the Wild, players will descend upon the city of Mordheim and its surroundings. As you begin your search for wyrdstone, you'll encounter some of the citizens who returned after the disaster. Some may be willing to share rumors they've heard while others may be more interested in the gold in your pocket. Collect Rumors, survive your encounters, and prepare your warband for the growing threat of the wild.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, February 28th, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central

Cost: $10 (Bringing a 4x4/3x3 board or a table's worth of terrain? Reach out for a free ticket!)

Games: 4

Fractured Realms is entering the city of the damned. Over the course of the day, players will participate in three standard Mordheim games and a final large multiplayer game using the "The Clattering" ruleset, all while advancing a unique narrative written for the event.

While matches are played against an opponent, priority should be given to FUN and NARRATIVE. Strive for a cinematic and engaging experience. This is not a tournament! It is a casual event meant to celebrate the hobby, narrative wargaming, and the spirit of the game.

New players are welcome and encouraged to join but should come with a basic understanding of the Mordheim rules.

In addition to the standard scenarios, players will be able to encounter and interact with NPCs, the remaining citizens of Mordheim. Interact with them to collect an event currency known as "Rumors," but be careful, not all citizens look kindly upon the warbands pillaging the city's ruins.

The final round will use a special ruleset known as "The Clattering," a multiplayer system run by a gamemaster and designed for large groups to play simultaneously.

You can find The Clattering rules and a video example here:
