As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, we gather once again beneath the Full Moon.The Hunter's Moon takes its name from the time of year when the harvest was finished and people turned their attention to preparing for winter. Food was gathered and stored, and communities relied on the knowledge and traditions passed down through generations to carry them through the colder months.
This year, the Hunter's Moon falls in Taurus, an earth sign connected with our roots, the natural world, comfort, and the things that give us a sense of security and belonging. With the Sun opposite in Scorpio, there's also an invitation to look a little deeper, toward the things we don't always see or speak about.
And with Samhain approaching, it feels like a fitting time to remember those who came before us. The people who shaped our lives, the stories we've inherited, and perhaps even the stories that have been lost along the way.
For this gathering, we'll explore these connections through conversation, reflection, music, and ritual. There will be opportunities to share, participate, or simply sit and take it all in.
Moonlight Circles are open to everyone, regardless of spiritual background or experience. Our hope is to create a space where people can come together, connect with the changing seasons, and experience a little magic in community.
