New Moon Gathering
The new moon is the beginning of the lunar cycle, a quiet, dark sky that invites us to pause, listen inward, and plant the seeds for what comes next. Join us for an evening of guided meditation, live sound, and community, centered on living intentionally with the phase of the moon.
What to expect
Grounding and welcome: We'll settle in together and open the evening with a short reflection on the energy of this month's new moon.
Guided meditation : Ease into a quiet, receptive state as the meditation and sound carry you inward.
Intention setting: Set your new moon intentions
Closing sound bath: Rest in deep vibrational sound as your intentions settle into the body.
Your hosts
This gathering is led by Rene & Doug Knaphus of Soul Sync Music & Meditation, Carly Chounaird, Stephanie Wilkinson, and Joanie Prime. Five voices come together in one circle each month as the moon renews.
No experience is needed. Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced for years, you're welcome here.
