Our evening sauna experience is always a hit, and quite rightly so…What better way to wind-down from a busy day than to meet on our beautiful Sandbanks Beach, connect with likeminded souls, flow on the sand before combining contrast therapies of hot/cold through the beautiful Saltwater Sauna and sea.
Also included is full moon knowledge and guidance, a light dinner and sound bath.
What’s not to love.
No refunds or exchanges due to demand.
