Join us for a special Summer Solstice gathering designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit through the powerful combination of acupuncture-inspired healing and immersive sound therapy.
As we celebrate the longest day of the year and welcome the vibrant energy of summer, this intimate wellness experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance from within.
The evening begins with intention setting, breathwork, and guided meditation led by Yoli Fleming of Grand Illusions Hair & Wellness Sanctuary. Through sound healing frequencies, guests will be invited into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system can relax, release tension, and receive.
Featured guest practitioner Tara Diaz is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and board-certified fertility specialist who helps patients restore balance through nervous system regulation and holistic care. Her approach combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance to support stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional well-being, hormonal balance, and overall resilience.
As part of the experience, Tara will apply Gold Ear Seeds for Calm & Balance.
Ear seeds are tiny acupressure beads placed on specific points of the ear that communicate with the nervous system. These points provide gentle, continuous stimulation designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and a greater sense of calm. The selected ear points complement the restorative effects of sound healing, allowing guests to carry the benefits of the experience with them throughout the week.
Together, acupuncture-inspired acupressure, breathwork, meditation, and healing sound frequencies create a powerful synergy that encourages nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, inner calm, and renewed vitality.
This Summer Solstice celebration will also feature a seasonal flower blessing, guided intention setting, herbal tea service, and a closing Ho'oponopono gratitude blessing.
