Led by Becca | Extended Savasana + Sound Bath
As the seasons shift and the nights grow longer, the Hunter's Full Moon invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
Join Becca for a special evening of Moon Salutations, mindful movement, and deep relaxation inspired by the energy and symbolism of the Hunter's Full Moon.
Unlike the energizing nature of Sun Salutations, Moon Salutations offer a calming, cooling practice designed to encourage balance, reflection, and restoration.
Through a gentle sequence of flowing postures and intentional breathing, you'll be guided to release tension, quiet your mind, and create space for stillness.
The evening will conclude with an extended Savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath, allowing you to settle into deep relaxation and fully absorb the benefits of your practice.
Why Is It Called the Hunter's Moon?
Traditionally, the Hunter's Moon refers to the full moon that follows the Harvest Moon. Its name reflects a time when communities prepared for the colder months ahead, gathering resources and preparing for the changing season.
Just as nature begins to slow down and prepare for winter, this full moon offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on what we wish to carry forward and what we are ready to release.
Throughout the evening, Becca will share the history and seasonal significance of the Hunter's Moon, weaving its symbolism into a mindful and restorative yoga experience.
An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honor the natural rhythms of life.
Come as you are, and allow yourself the time and space to simply be.
All levels are welcome. No previous experience with Moon Salutations is necessary.
