About this Event
Moon Room is a weekly, red-tent inspired yoga + sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move in a way that feels true to your body.
This is a grounded, low to the mat practice that blends breathwork, intuitive movement, and gentle strength. Rather than following a rigid sequence, each class is guided by cycle awareness and the energy in the room, creating a space that feels intentional, adaptable, and a little different every time.
You’ll be invited to tune into your own rhythm, soften unnecessary effort, and build a deeper connection to your body, breath, and intuition. There’s no expectation to perform or push, just an opportunity to show up as you are and take what you need.
Expect slow transitions, longer holds, and moments of stillness woven throughout. Some classes may include optional reflection or subtle ritual elements, all offered in a way that’s accessible and never required. Class will close with a feminine coded sound bath!
