✨ Moon Session Meditation
Moon Session at TES is an evening meditation ritual designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle integration. This guided practice creates space to soften, release the day, and return to yourself.
Through stillness, intentional release, and receptive awareness, each session offers a steady rhythm, allowing you to unwind and reconnect with your inner state. Whether you are new to meditation or returning to it, this is a space to arrive as you are and simply be.

What to Bring (Required for Comfort)
To create a deeply supported and comfortable experience, participants are asked to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blankets (optional, but encouraged)
• Pillows, cushions, and/or bolster (optional, but encouraged)
• Journal + pen
• Eye mask (optional, but encouraged)
• Water bottle (optional, but encouraged)
• Comfortable clothing
And most importantly:
An open heart and an open mind.
