Under the energy of the full moon, join us for a special evening of ritual, intention, tea, and sound as we collaborate with Club Magic Hour for an immersive experience designed to help you envision what you are ready to call in, feel it more deeply, and create the inner space to receive it.
Moon Magic & Manifestation brings together a guided three-tea ceremony led by Zhena Muzyka, founder of Club Magic Hour, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with Kyle Lam. Together, these practices create a journey through the crown, heart, and root — vision, feeling, and form — moving manifestation beyond something we simply think about and into something we can begin to embody.
We’ll begin with Zhena’s signature tea ceremony, moving intentionally through three specially selected teas and three energetic centers. At the crown, we open ourselves to a new vision. At the heart, we allow that vision to become something felt rather than simply imagined. At the root, we ground that intention into the body, creating a foundation for it to take form in our lives.
Throughout the ceremony, Zhena will introduce the medicinal and energetic properties of each tea while guiding you through intentional practices including the Three Heart Breaths, mindful appreciation, and rituals designed to cultivate presence and deepen your relationship with your intention. You’ll be invited to identify one clear vision for the chapter ahead and begin practicing what it feels like to hold that possibility within yourself.
From there, we transition from ritual into resonance.
Kyle will guide you into an extended sound bath designed to help quiet the analytical mind, soften the body, and create space for the intentions cultivated during the tea ceremony to settle more deeply within. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, the sound journey becomes an opportunity to release what may no longer be aligned with where you are going while grounding into the energy of what you are ready to welcome next.
The full moon has long represented a moment of illumination, culmination, and release. Rather than simply making a wish for what comes next, this evening invites you to slow down enough to become present with it — to receive it through the crown, feel it through the heart, ground it through the root, and allow sound to carry the intention inward.
Your Tea Ceremony Guide — Zhena Muzyka
Zhena Muzyka is a master tea blender, formulator, and tea ceremonialist who has spent 30 years teaching the art of ceremony around the world. A lifelong herbalist and aromatherapist, published author of Life by the Cup, pioneering fair-trade activist, and founder of Magic Hour, her work brings together plant medicine, mindful ritual, and the ceremonial traditions that have shaped her craft.

Entry is $75 | 2 for $140
Custom Chakra Crystal Healing is available for an additional $30. Before the sound bath begins, you’ll intuitively select a crystal to reveal which chakra is calling for attention. Ginny will open the session with a selenite cleanse, then channel targeted energy work using your chosen crystal directly on the corresponding chakra during the sound bath.
LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis. Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.
If you wish to enhance your meditation experience, it is recommended to bring an eye cover or eye pillow.
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
