About this Event
Monticello Merit Mania will be held on Saturday, November 14th 8 am to 3:30 pm
Registration Fee is $15.00 per half day class and $25 per full day class per Scout the deadline to register will be Friday, October 30th at 6 pm. They are marked on the event as all day, half day AM, and half day PM. We are looking for counselors as well. If you are a merit badge counselor and are interested please let Nicole know.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
7 AM - 8:00 AM Registration
8 AM Opening Flags
8:30 AM - 11:45 AM Scout Classes
11:45 AM - 12:15 PM Lunch**
12:15 PM - 3:30 PM Scout Classes

**Please Note: There will be concessions of Cinnamon Rolls, candy, pop, baked goods and chips available.

If changes need to be made in registration numbers, please contact me immediately, changes cannot be guaranteed due to the sheer number of Scouts.
Unit Payment Information
Registration fee is $15 for a half day class (Plus transaction fees - event brite fees- 3.70% + $1.79 per ticket + 2.90% per order) or $25 for a full day Registration fee is $10 for a half day class (Plus transaction fees - event brite fees- 3.70% + $1.79 per ticket + 2.90% per order) and the deadline is Friday, October 30th 6 pm. Meaning if a scout takes one class in the morning and another in the afternoon the fee would be $30.00. Sessions are marked on the event as all day, half day AM, and half day PM. The fee includes all supplies needed for the class.

Online payment only. NO check payments will be accepted. Refunds *MAY* be available, but will be subject to the transaction fees.
Paper Blue cards will be provided in class (they will NOT be loaded on Scoutbook). Scouts are responsible for handling their cards.

Dress for the weather - some classes will spend time outside
Check your pre-reqs MANY have gear or materials you need to bring to class in order to fully participate
Print your worksheets and bring a pencil. Practice any speeches.

There are a few close opprotunities for overnight camping. Email Nicole if you are interested in these.
